Our traditional straw hats are manufactured from Ecuadorian toquilla straw in the "Llano" weave structure. They are so soft and light that you almost don’t feel them on your head; the open weave lets a slight breeze through while keeping your face cool in the shade. The sweatband is made of calfskin leather, offering the most sophisticated, durable, and comfortable solution. Our logo is printed on the sweatband in real gold leaf. The best materials, decades of experience, and skilled workers ensure that each hat is a small miracle of craftsmanship. These hats are made using traditional techniques and the highest quality standards in a small workshop in Cuenca, Ecuador. This small, family-run workshop produces some of the finest hats a gentleman can wear today.
