The beautiful simplicity of Grenadine Ties

Solid-colored ties are great: easy to wear, you don’t have to worry if the orange in the flower clashes with the pink in your shirt or if the large paisley pattern is too much with the florals in your pocket square. But they are also a bit boring, right? I mean it’s just one color… where’s the fun in that? That’s where the strength of the grenadine tie comes in: its structured weave creates just that effect a plain solid tie is missing. Also, they are ridiculously easy to dress up or down: a navy garza fina with a grey suit and white shirt is about as business as you can get (and as cool, I’m looking at you, Mr. Connery); whereas an olive garza grossa is just gorgeous with a pink shirt and blue blazer. If you’re looking for a truly versatile, subtly interesting tie, there’s nothing like a grenadine tie.

We’ve recently restocked all our plain grenadine ties and extended the color range.
